With several developments and parcels of land in our portfolio, this is not the only eagle nest on our properties, but this is the only one with a live camera. As lovers of the outdoors, we have been watching this pair for a couple years now. The nest is located just west of Des Moines in central Iowa. 

We are extremely careful about our properties and protective of our homeowners when we are in the process of a building a custom home. For many, this is their dream home and we are honored to be a part of it. That same attitude extends to The Majestics. The nest is on private property and the camera setup is extensive. We ask that you please respect the property and know that it is constantly under video surveillance.
